| 液體冷卻一直被認為最有效的冷卻方法。在現(xiàn)代塑料加工，工業(yè)中，水冷加熱及油冷加熱作為標準設(shè)備，但在使用過程中，由于水質(zhì)未經(jīng)軟化凈化處理，冷卻管結(jié)垢過早失效，及油冷卻的油路堵塞、漏油等，影響設(shè)備正常使用和停機維修等缺點。風冷加熱器就避免了這些缺點，風冷加熱器由幾個連接而成的帶狀加熱器，組成一個加熱區(qū)，單獨固定冷卻，最高溫度500℃是國內(nèi)外目前最先進的冷卻裝置。 Liquid cooling was always considered as the most effective cooling way. In mwdern plastics processing and others industries, water-cooling and oil-cooling devices are the standard equipments. During the process, these equipments were always power off to repair for the impure water or oil. Air cooling and heating device was made by many strip heaters to make up heated area.
